Thunderbolt Update Fix Restart Issue

Last month we post leaked news about the HTC Thunderbolt will be available in June 30th (Build Number: 1.70.605.0 Baseband: 1.39.00.0613w, 0.01.69.0613w_1), and finally Verizon officially announced that software upgrade will be available via OTA today at 8 p.m. ET on 07/08/11, for Thuderbolt users you should receive a notification that a system update is ready to download or if want to do it manually go to Menu > Settings > Software Update > Check New, tap OK and then download will begin, the update file size is 73.598 Mb. You have to download it via 3G or 4G verizon network for best result, because many users said software update may fail if you use WiFi connection.
