Droid 2 Global Gingerbread Update – Not Enough Memory Issue

Droid 2 Global Gingerbread update suspended due to “not enough memory” issue after few days ago Verizon together with Motorola announce their official android 2.3 update via Verizon website. This problem reported by motorola official forum user, he said after updating his smartphone and try to test ActiveSync on Exchange 2010 he got this error :

There is not enough memory to encrypt device data. Please remove old or unused application data to free up some memory and try again

Droid 2 Global Not Enough Memory Issue

Ms. Exchange Encryption is one of new from last update for this smartphone and seems didn’t work properly. But Motorola engineer has been deal with this encryption problem and also stated that they already know what’s going on, so the update has been temporary stopped to allow they fix this issue. As always still no exact date when it will be available again, you can expect this in a few days or week as their staff mentioned that update to be presented soon when it is completely ready.
